Payment Terms
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Your credit card number is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and we do not store customer data where it can be accessed via the Internet. Credit Card will be charged by PT Processing, LLC, and will reflect on your statement.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. However, in limited cases where returns are approved due to ordering errors, a restocking fee will apply:
- $25 fee for returned games with fewer than 12,000 tickets
- $50 fee for returned games with 12,000 or more tickets
Restocking fees will be waived if the return is the result of an internal error and is reported to management.

Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. All items are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx, and shipping is free.
